Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

1. General Conditions
  • By placing an order with [TOXIC TREND] (“we”, “our”, “us”), you (“customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to the terms in this policy.
  • This policy applies to domestic orders within India only. We currently do not offer international shipping.
  • Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

2. Mandatory Video Proof
  • For any return, refund, or exchange, a clear, continuous unboxing video (without cuts) showing the package before and during opening is mandatory.
  • The video must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Requests without valid video proof will not be accepted.

3. Shipping & Reshipping Charges
  • If you choose to reship or return a product for any reason, shipping charges will be borne by you unless the issue is from our side.


4. Order Cancellation
  • Orders cannot be cancelled through the website.
  • Cancellation requests must be sent via email, WhatsApp, or phone within 8 hours of placing the order.
  • After 8 hours, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.


5. Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.
  • Exchange value:
  • If the new product is of equal value, no extra payment is needed.
  • If it’s of lower value, the difference will be refunded.
  • If it’s of higher value, you must pay the difference before dispatch.
  • Items for exchange must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and include original packaging, invoice, and tags.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with valid unboxing video proof.
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability and product verification.


6. Non-Exchangeable Items
  • The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Customized or altered products


7. Return Policy
  • Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • All return requests are subject to inspection and approval.
  • Items returned without approval or proper proof will be sent back at the customer’s expense.


8. Refund Policy
  • Refunds are applicable only if:
  • A cancellation is approved within 8 hours of order placement, or
  • The item ordered is unavailable/out of stock, or
  • You exchange for a lower-priced product (difference refunded).
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are usually issued via online transfer, UPI, or other digital modes as decided by us.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
  • For COD purchases, refunds (if applicable) will be issued only after verifying the recipient’s identity and refund eligibility.
  • The refund method will be decided by [TOXIC TREND] upon successful verification, which may include bank transfer, UPI, or another electronic method.

 

9. Shipping Liability
  • For approved exchanges or returns, customers may need to pay return or reshipping charges unless the mistake is ours.
  • In case of damage during courier transit, we will assist only after receiving valid unboxing video and photo proof.

 

10. Fraud & Misuse Prevention
  • To ensure fair use:
  • We may cancel or reject any suspicious order.
  • Requests failing inspection or appearing fraudulent will be denied.
  • Repeated misuse of returns/exchanges may lead to account suspension.
  • Our decision in such matters is final.

11. Response Time
  • We aim to respond to all return, refund, or exchange queries within 48 working hours of receiving your message.

12. Important Notes
  • Video Proof Requirement:
  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all return, refund, or exchange requests. Without video proof, no request will be accepted.
Time Limit to Raise a Request:
  • Any return, refund, or exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
One-Time Policy:
  • Each order is eligible for only one return, refund, or exchange request. Multiple claims for the same order will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation:
  • Order cancellation is allowed within 8 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, cancellations cannot be processed.
Model Images Disclaimer:
  • We aim to display our products accurately, but colors, textures, and designs may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
Accessories Disclaimer:
  • Props or accessories such as purses, jewelry, tassels, or decorative items shown in images are not included with the product unless specifically mentioned in the product description.
Jurisdiction:
  • All disputes or claims arising out of this policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
