Shipping policy

TOXIC TREND guarantees delivery of products to all cities across India at its own cost. We are not liable for delays resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses. In case an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, customers will be responsible for re-shipping charges and any related penalties.

To ensure safe delivery, all orders are securely packed. Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners and are typically delivered within 3 – 6 business days after dispatch. Delivery time may extend during special occasions or due to unavoidable reasons.

Gift Deliveries

Deliveries made to colleges, hostels, or schools are entirely at the customer’s risk. If the authorities at such locations refuse to accept the package for any reason, TOXIC TREND will not issue any refund, credit, or attempt reshipment.

Shipping Address

Please provide a complete shipping address with a valid PIN code, as courier companies do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

·         Billing Address: The address where your payment method is registered.

·         Shipping Address: The address where your order will be delivered.

Deliveries are usually not made on Saturdays or Sundays.

Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of placement. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 3 – 6 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Transit Risk

All orders shipped by TOXIC TREND are insured until delivery to your address.
We are not liable for any loss or damage once the order has been marked as delivered by the courier company.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with courier details, tracking number, and an estimated delivery date. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active on the courier’s website.

Delays in Delivery

Delivery times mentioned on our website are approximate. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as courier issues, weather, or high-demand periods.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be entertained for delays caused by courier companies. However, at our discretion, we may offer store credit or other benefits in special cases.
If your item is out of stock or delayed unusually, we will notify you via email.
